1. Can I purchase a Package and add a blog/cart later?

Yes, you can purchase a blog/cart at any time. Keep in mind that if you want it to match the rest of your website, you will need to purchase the custom design option, not the setup only. If you don't care whether or not it matches, you can simply purchase the setup only option.

 

2. Can I add a Gallery to my home page?

Sure, simply purchase a gallery from the enhancements section.

 

3. I don't know what I need, can you help?

We are here to answer any questions you may have before, during and after your purchase. You should not hesitate to ask. We are available by phone, email, and skype.

 

4. What if I purchase a 3 page package but have too much content for 3 pages?

We will do our best to work with you and your budget. Sometimes content can be removed to fit into the package you purchase. If it cannot, we will let you know prior to starting on your design, and give you additional options.

 

5. I only sell 5 different products. Do I really need a cart setup?

This really depends on your products, but it is likely that you will not need the entire cart. We may be able to simply add a paypal button to your website. However, we will need temporary access to your paypal account to set up the button options.

 

6. Do you do website maintenance?

Yes we do. Website maintenance is charged at $20/hour. Send us an email and we give you an estimate on the time it will take to complete your update. We also do monthly maintenance packages if you have new content added on a regular basis.

 

7. Do you offer hosting?

Yes we do. You can purchase hosting monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Let us know which you prefer when you purchase your package.

 

8. Do you keep my credit card information on file for a later time?

No. We understand that your credit card information is personal, and can be used in identity theft. This is why we use paypal, cash and checks as our only method of payment. Paypal is free to set up an account, and offers more buyer/seller security than simply giving your credit card information.

 

9. I need a specific item, and I don't see it in your services. What do I do?

Simply send us an email detailing what you need and we will reply with a quote. When you decide to purchase from us, we will send you an invoice for the specific item.
